FamilyID Opens 10/17, Parent Meeting (11/4) and APP Test Details

Please note the Parent meeting is on 11/4 @ 7:00 @ Mendon High School LGI Room(not 11/5).  All families/players trying out for any level must attend.

Any 8th grade student interested in trying out for the Pittsford JV Hockey team this year should complete the following steps:

1. Review the attached letter from Athletic Director, Patrick Irving.
2. Complete the required online APP parent/guardian permission form using this link: APP Permission – Winter 25-26
3. Ensure your student-athlete is available to participate in the NYS Athletic Placement Process (APP) test, scheduled for Monday, November 10th at 3:00 PM on the MHS track.

Following the test, the athletic department will notify families and me of the results. Once students have passed the APP test and received medical clearance from the school nurse, they will be eligible to attend JV tryouts.
